This puppy is guaranteed to leave the breeder in good health. Upon receipt of your puppy,
you have 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) to have it examined by your Vet. A
copy of this report should be sent to the breeder. If not received by the breeder this
guarantee is VOID. If the puppy is found to be of unfit health by the Vet, the breeder should
be notified by the buyer immediately. The Vet report should be sent to the breeder stating
the health issue and the puppy returned. Full purchase price will be refunded in this case
minus a $250 non-refundable deposit when breeder receives the puppy. Any shipping costs
are the responsibility of the buyer. If the puppy develops a life-threatening hereditary defect
within 6 months from the date of sale, the breeder must be notified immediately by the
buyer. The buyer must send the breeder written documentation of the defect from the Vet.
Upon receipt and verification of the documentation the breeder agrees to issue a full refund of
the purchase price minus a non-refundable deposit of $250. The unhealthy puppy must be
returned to the breeder at the buyer’s expense before a refund will be given. A copy of the
necropsy report from the Vet should be sent to the breeder if your puppy has died within 6
months from the date of sale to determine the cause as a hereditary defect. The breeder will
then issue a full refund of the purchase price. This guarantee does not cover any defect that
can be treated by a Vet or can be caused by an injury. A life- threatening hereditary defect is
a problem that can not be treated by a Vet and will eventually cause death such as heart, liver
or lung defects. The breeder will not be responsible for any Vet costs acquired under any
circumstances after the date of sale. All vaccinations and dewormings will be current upon
receipt of your puppy. The buyer agrees to keep up to date on all routine health care of the
puppy. Regular vet checkups are extremely important for raising a happy and healthy
puppy. This contract is considered in effect and agreeable by the breeder and the buyer once
the buyer receives the puppy and is non-transferable.
